‘EindhovenmeetsJanoshi’ is een onderdeel van de Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt.
Wij zijn gestopt met het organiseren van werkvakanties voor jongeren van 16 t/m 25 jaar uit Eindhoven en omstreken in Oost-Europa.
In eerste instantie speelde de COVID-19 pandemie (2019-2022) ons parten. Vervolgens heeft de Russische inval in de Oekraïne (vanaf 2022) roet in het eten gegooid.
We bieden momenteel alleen nog hulp op afstand. Onderhoud van de school en financiële ondersteuning van de docenten.
De renovatie en uitbreiding van de school is in het jaar 2022 gestart. Het project is door de oorlog in
de Oekraïne stil komen te liggen. Het is volkomen onduidelijk wanneer dit project wordt afgerond.

Eindhoven meets Janoshi - Oekraïne reizen
‘EindhovenmeetsJanoshi’ is een onderdeel van de Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt.
Wij verzorgen werkvakanties voor jongeren van 16 t/m 25 jaar uit Eindhoven en omstreken in Oost-Europa waarbij ontmoeting en samenwerking centraal staat. Kleine groepen uit Nederland werken mee op een lokaal project en maken zo een cultuur van binnenuit mee. Door de vriendschap die ontstaat, kunnen deelnemers en de lokale bevolking daadwerkelijk iets voor elkaar betekenen.
Netwerk GoedVolk - Ons jongeren netwerk voor Eindhoven
Netwerk GoedVolk is een jongeren vrijwilligersnetwerk die hulp en
netwerk biedt aan mensen in Eindhoven die weinig of geen netwerk hebben.
Netwerk Goedvolk inspireert en faciliteert jongeren tussen de 15 en 30 jaar om zich in te zetten
voor kwetsbare mensen in Eindhoven. Verbinden is hierin het sleutelwoord. Jongeren worden met verschillende doelgroepen in aanraking gebracht en zullen zien dat we elkaar als inwoners van Eindhoven nodig hebben om vooruit te komen. Jongeren ontmoeten en helpen ouderen, dak- en thuislozen, vluchtelingen, mensen met een klein of geen netwerk, mensen met een (verstandelijke) beperking en natuurlijk ook elkaar. Netwerk GoedVolk wil jongeren begeleiden zichzelf, hun talenten en kwaliteiten te ontdekken en ontplooie.
CatharinaNachten
De CatharinaNacht is een begrip aan het worden. Elke derde zaterdag van de maand (inclusief de zomermaanden) is de kerk open van 23:00 tot 02:00. Een initiatief dat door verschillende kerken ondersteund wordt en door stichting Eindhoven bouwt en de stichting Jo risparochie georganiseerd wordt. Op een avond komen er tussen de 70 tot 300 bezoekers binnen die even komen kijken, van de stilte genieten, een kaarsje branden, een gesprekje voeren of luisteren naar de muziek.

In de missie van Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt staat Gods liefde voor mens en wereld centraal. De stichting wil jongeren helpen om zich in te zetten voor persoonlijk en maatschappelijk welzijn van hun medemens. De focus ligt op talent- en identiteitsontwikkeling.
Wie ben je en waar ben je goed in? Dat kun je alleen maar ontdekken door dingen te gaan doen. Niet aan de kant blijven staan, maar in het diepe springen! Probeer, proef en ervaar. Daar leer je het meeste van. De stichting helpt hen hierbij.

Na een lange periode mee gedraaid te hebben met M25 en Netwerk GoedVolk ben ik bestuurslid geworden om op die manier betrokken te blijven bij het werk van Eindhoven Bouwt. Op die manier kan ik mijn ervaring inzetten om jongeren te blijven betrekken bij alle activiteiten. Ik geloof in Jongeren en hun kracht. Samen met hen iets te veranderen in Eindhoven is iets wat mijn hart raakt.

Jongeren en actie zijn twee woorden die mij na aan het hart liggen. En deze twee woorden vormen de basis onder Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt. Daarom wil ik mij inzetten binnen het bestuur van SEb, om vanuit onze christelijke overtuiging een bijdrage te leveren aan een betere maatschappij.
Er is een gezegde die hier mooi op aansluit “jong geleerd is oud gedaan”, laten we nu al onze jeugd meenemen in het omzien naar elkaar. En daar bovenop laten inzien dat in het klein het verschil kan liggen.
Oprechte aandacht met een praktische invulling. De huidige projecten, netwerk GoedVolk en de Oekraïne reizen, zijn mooie voorbeelden waarin de jeugd een wezenlijke invulling geeft aan het hulp bieden in welke vorm dan ook aan onze medemens.
Hartverwarmend zijn de reacties van de ontvangers.

Privacyverklaring Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt
Op 25 mei 2018 is de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) in werking getreden.
Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt legt alleen algemene noodzakelijke gegevens vast zoals naam, adres, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres. Deze persoonsgegevens gebruiken we om met u te communiceren door middel van een nieuwsbrief (via e-mail).
Naast deze algemene gegevens maakt Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt gebruik van beeldmateriaal zoals foto’s en video’s. We vragen vooraf aan de deelnemers van de training toestemming om gebruikt te mogen maken van foto’s en video’s (waarop zij gaan voorkomen) op kanalen zoals Facebook, Instagram en e-mail. We wijzen lezers van de nieuwsbrief erop dat zij zich kunnen verwijderen van de malinglijst (‘unsubscribe’). Stichting Eindhoven Bouwt zal zorgvuldig omgaan met het vastgelegde beeldmateriaal.
